All purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses from various locations across USA, Australian and China. Please read the processing and shipping times shown for each item, as we have local Australian based suppliers and also a warehouse with a reputable supplier based in China.
We ship only USA at the moment. Shipping times are between 5 to 8 business days. Processing times are 2 business days, as the items need to pass both quality assurance before they depart the warehouse and also cleared through customs.
Items can also quite often be signed on delivery. If you are not home when delivery is made, a delivery card for postal collection from your local post office will be left at your premises. Please note: all shipping is tracked and a tracking link will be provided to you after processing of your product(s).
